Karl Farrand is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer at TaxLab since December 2009, focusing on process improvement and technology to enhance the efficiency of tax professionals. Prior to this role, Karl Farrand served as Associate Director of Tax Technology at Deloitte from March 2003 to December 2009, where responsibilities included the design and delivery of key tax software for the national tax practice. Karl Farrand's earlier experience includes leading audit and tax software development projects at Ernst & Young and financial software development roles at BAA and various other organizations. Karl Farrand holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland, completing studies in 1995.
