Ann-Charlotte Lindberg has extensive experience in operational management and team leadership, currently serving as Driftschef at Taxi Stockholm since September 1997, overseeing daily operations, budget responsibilities, and personnel management for a team of 140. In this role, Ann-Charlotte coaches and motivates group leaders to achieve their goals. Previously, Ann-Charlotte worked as a Gruppledare at Taxi Stockholm, supporting operators in a fast-paced environment and managing the development and performance of a team of around 20. Prior experience includes serving as Skiftledare at McDonald's from 1990 to 1997, where Ann-Charlotte was responsible for shift operations and ensuring quality service.
