Katie Elander is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design, particularly in fast-paced startup environments. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at TaxBit since February 2022, Katie has driven UX team processes, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, and communicated design vision across the organization. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Repeat and Bazaarvoice, where Katie designed eCommerce features and improved usability for a large user base. Earlier, as a Product Designer at VisitDays, Katie led product design for a campus visit management platform, enhancing user experience based on direct feedback. Katie started their career as a User Experience Associate at OTG Management and has held various internships. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from Lafayette College and studied at Stellenbosch University.
