Biliana Pavlova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and tax services. Currently, Biliana serves as a Senior Assistant Collections at Coca-Cola European Partners since November 2017, while also working as a Customer Support Consultant at Sutherland Global Services since September 2016. Biliana has a long-standing tenure at Taxback.com beginning in December 2001, where roles have included Tax Service Delivery Team Manager for EU and other taxes, Customer Service and Sales Representative, and Receptionist.
