Stacy Kasprzak is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in building and enhancing HR departments across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Tax Airfreight, Inc. since May 2020, Stacy previously held the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources at La Rosa Landscape Company, where foundational HR practices were established. Experience also includes positions at Allied Universal and KS ENERGY SERVICES, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment and employee onboarding to compliance with state and federal regulations. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate's degree from Waukesha County Technical College.
