Samer Salahat has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Samer began their career at SITA as a Senior Service Desk Agent, where they provided support to global users and ensured compliance with SLAs. Samer then joined Ericsson as a Project Engineer, where they performed site surveys and implemented unified communication platforms. Samer later became a Project Manager at Ericsson, successfully delivering projects for various sectors and designing VoIP networks.
