Samer Salahat has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Samer began their career at SITA as a Senior Service Desk Agent, where they provided support to global users and ensured compliance with SLAs. Samer then joined Ericsson as a Project Engineer, where they performed site surveys and implemented unified communication platforms. Samer later became a Project Manager at Ericsson, successfully delivering projects for various sectors and designing VoIP networks. Currently, Samer serves as the Chief Technology Officer at TAWASOL Ltd., leading the unified communication technical department and managing projects and customer relationships within the MENA region.

Samer Salahat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Jami'at Al-Yarmouk, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications. These include the Agile with Atlassian Jira certification from Coursera, obtained in October 2022, an Agile Project Management certification from Coursera, also obtained in October 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2015, and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, obtained in February 2014.
