Nicole Pettis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nicole started their career as an Office Administrator at the Social Security Administration in 2010 and worked there until 2011. Then, they joined Holland LP as a Benefits Coordinator from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Brafton Inc. as a Recruiting Coordinator for a year. In 2014, Nicole joined TAWANI Enterprises, Inc. and held different roles. Nicole worked as a Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2018 and then became the Director of Human Resources in 2019.
Nicole Pettis has an extensive education history. Nicole completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Hampton University from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University. Additionally, they obtained the FPC certification from the American Payroll Association in March 2018 and the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2017.
