Sandy Hilliard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems and Quality Analyst at FedEx Express since January 2008, Sandy has played pivotal roles in feature development and system testing for the Global Planning and Engineering organization. In addition to expertise in voice-over recording with TAVOCA INC, Sandy's previous roles include Business Coordinator at Robin Williams, DMD, Inc, and Hospital and Physician Services Program Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services, highlighting a strong background in office management and program implementation.
