Martin Eiler is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Director of Beer and Brewing Operations for Tavistock Restaurant Collection since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Brewery Production Supervisor at Brew Theory, and Brewer and Cellar Operator at both Highland Brewing Company and Foothills Brewing. Martin also held the position of Head Brewer at Carolina Brewery from April 2014 to March 2019. Martin Eiler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in August 2013.
