Kevin Rupnarain, SHRM-CP, PMSM-HR, is a Corporate Recruiter at Tavistock Restaurant Collection since June 2019, responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and implementing innovative sourcing strategies in the hospitality industry. Previously, Kevin served as a Corporate HR Generalist at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment from May 2016 to June 2019, supporting HR initiatives for over 25,000 employees and fostering relationships with local universities for candidate pipelines. Prior experience includes roles at Nordstrom as a Training and Development Specialist, where Kevin trained a team of over 80 sales professionals and developed a store-wide new hire training program, and as a Customer Service Lead and Sales Lead, achieving significant sales metrics. Kevin holds a Professional Master of Science in Management with a focus on HR Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate's degree from Valencia College.
