Eric Moncada is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and systems management. Currently serving as the IT Operations and Systems Support Manager at Tavistock Development Company since January 2019, Eric previously held the position of Lead Technician/CE at Apex Computer Systems from July 2008 to January 2019. Earlier roles include Computer Technician at SunTrust Bank from February 2006 to July 2008 and PC Technician/Help Desk at Update Legal from November 2004 to September 2005. Eric began the career as a Reserved Seats Clerk at The New York Racing Association from May 2000 to November 2004. Eric holds an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Briarcliffe College, completed between 2002 and 2004.
