Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Tavira Financial Ltd since June 2022, Richard leads day-to-day operations, optimizing processes and fostering collaboration across departments. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Tavira Asset Management, where Richard provided operational and risk leadership for various fund strategies. Earlier experience encompasses over a decade at Waystone, where Richard was the Global Head of Product following a significant merger, as well as roles at Morgan Stanley, overseeing alternative investments and operations within hedge fund strategies.
