Hailey Krey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hailey began their career in 2012 as a Tennis Instructor at Ogden Athletic Club. In 2014, they became a Student Athlete at Brigham Young University - Hawaii and a Tennis Instructor at Nike Sports Camps. In 2018, they were a Head Tennis Professional at Riverside Country Club Provo and a Tennis Coach at VASA FITNESS. Hailey was also a Project Manager and Student Athlete at Brigham Young University - Crocker Innovation Fellowship. In 2020, they became Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Ascendant Tracker Inc. and an Associate at University Impact. Hailey is currently a Clinical Partnerships Manager at Tava Health.

Hailey Krey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Brigham Young University in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Sports and Exercise Science from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in 2017. Before that, they attended Bonneville High School from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Hailey obtained two certifications from HubSpot Academy in 2017, one in Content Marketing and one in Inbound Marketing.
