Salome Nikoleishvili began their work experience as an Accountant at PSP Pharmacy in 2013. Salome'sresponsibilities included managing relationships with debtors and creditors, preparing payment orders, participating in financial checks, and inputting revenue and expense information into the accounting system. In 2019, they joined China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) as a Chief Accountant. In this role, they assisted in the development and implementation of financial management goals, supervised the preparation of financial statements, and maintained accounting records. Recently, in 2023, they joined TAV Technologies as a Chief Accountant.

Salome Nikoleishvili obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Tbilisi State University in 2013. Salome then pursued a Master's degree in Economics from the same university, completing it in 2015. In 2016, Salome enrolled in the Tbilisi State University of Ivane Javakhishvili to pursue a doctorate in Economy, specializing in Economics. The completion date for their doctorate is not mentioned.
