Rachel Morrison has a diverse work experience. Rachel is currently the Director of Brands and Outreach at Tauzer Apiaries, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Outreach and Education Manager at the same company from May 2021 to October 2023. Rachel also served as an Apiary Educator from April 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Tauzer Apiaries, Inc., Rachel founded and worked as a Beekeeper at The Beecharmers since 2014. Rachel also worked as a Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Sacramento from August 2015 to March 2020. Rachel has experience in the education sector, working as a Science Teacher at St. HOPE Public Schools from July 2014 to June 2015 and as a Secondary Science Teacher at Birmingham City Schools from June 2012 to June 2014. Rachel started their career as a Corps Member at Teach For America from 2012 to 2014. Rachel also has experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Manager at Employment Screening Services from 2009 to 2012, and as a Shipping Coordinator at Lhoist from 2005 to 2009.

Rachel Morrison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Montevallo from 2001 to 2004. Rachel later obtained a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they studied from 2005 to 2007.
