Ruben van der Heijden is a consultant and developer of innovative data and process solutions at TAUW Nederland since March 2017, where responsibilities include client consulting, tool and process development, and managing innovation. Alongside various projects like the TAUW Artificial Intelligence Assistant and Environmental KPI Dashboard for the Province of Overijssel, Ruben also serves as a Systems Engineer, BIM coordinator, and contract writer. Previous experience includes support roles at Rijkswaterstaat, where assistance was provided in developing the Object Type Library and a master's thesis focused on Building Information Modelling in contract control. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor of Built Environment in Civil Engineering from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
