Sophie M. is an Associate Counsel at Berg Capital Corporation since May 2022, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles as an Associate Attorney at Perkins Law, LLC, and the Law Office of Connolly & Malstrom. Sophie also served as a Claims Contract Attorney at Epiq and gained legal research experience as an Assistant at Willamette University College of Law and the Law Office of Brady Mertz. Additional experience includes a legal externship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and a legal internship at the Chief State Solicitor's Office. Sophie M. holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Business Law from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Willamette University.
