Allen Bai started their work experience as a Sales Director at Techfaith wireless from November 2006 to July 2012. Allen then worked as a Sales Director at Immersion Corporation from December 2013 to October 2015. After that, Allen became a BD Director at Opera Software AS from November 2015 until August 2019. Following this, they served as a Vice President at WebEye from September 2019 onwards. Currently, Allen holds the position of Vice President at TaurusX, starting from September 2022.

Allen Bai has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Shandong University.
