Ann Hanna is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of C-level management experience, currently serving as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Taureau Group, LLC, where Ann specializes in mergers, acquisitions, recaps, succession planning, and valuation. Ann has successfully led numerous merger and acquisition projects for middle-market companies. In addition to the role at Taureau Group, Ann is a Board Member for Appion Solutions, which focuses on apprenticeship program management software, and for Penrod, a company that provides Salesforce solutions for healthcare challenges. Previously, Ann held leadership positions at Schenck M&A Solutions and Corporate Finance Associates, and served as President and CEO of Structurewerks. Ann's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Finance/Corporate Taxation from California State University, Fullerton, as well as various certifications in accounting and mergers and acquisitions.
