Steve DiGioia has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the customer success and professional services fields. Steve most recently served as the Head of Customer Success at Taulia LLC, where they led a team of Business Consultants responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring successful program delivery. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at GT Nexus, Inc. for over 16 years. Additionally, they served as Assistant Vice President at "K" Line America and Regional Manager at NYK Line.
Steve DiGioia earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on International, Marketing, and Management from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1985 to 1989. Steve also obtained a BSBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Richmond during the same period.
