Beth Sears has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Beth started their career at MTV Networks in 1998 as a Production Coordinator and later became a Line Producer at FOX in 2000. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Line Producer at Mark Burnett Productions on the show Survivor, Borneo. Beth then joined MTV Networks as a Production Manager from 1999 to 1999. Beth moved on to become an Executive Producer/Supervising Producer at MTV Networks from 2001 to 2003, where they managed projects from inception to final delivery and handled budgets and crew staffing. Following their role at MTV Networks, Beth served as the Executive Producer at Norsemen Television Productions LLC from 2003 to 2014, where they managed client relations, creative pitches, and project staffing. Their most recent role was at Taulia, where they held various positions, including Operations Manager, Enterprise Automation, Business Consultant, Team Lead, Business Consultants, and currently, Head of Program Success Management - Americas.

Beth Sears holds a BA degree from Wake Forest University, where they studied English and Communications.
