Oliver Niedermaier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 1998, they founded Pepper Technologies and served as the CEO until 2004. Oliver then joined Computershare as a member of the Global Executive Board from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they became an Operating Partner at Advent International, a role they held until 2013. From 2008 to 2012, Oliver founded and led DF King Worldwide as CEO. Oliver also held the position of Non Executive Director at Equiniti from 2008 to 2015. In 2014, Oliver founded TAU Investment Management and has been serving as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO since then. In 2018, they took on the role of Chairman at Common Ground Kauai, and in 2021, they became Chairman at Broaden Impact.
Oliver Niedermaier began their education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Oliver completed their studies in 1995 and subsequently enrolled in the same institution to pursue a PhD in Strategic Management. During this period, they also served as an Assistant Professor. Oliver successfully obtained their PhD and Assistant Professor position in 1998, marking the end of their formal education at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
