Karin Mészárosová has a diverse work experience in marketing and customer service. Karin is currently working as a Performance Marketing Manager at Tatum since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an E-commerce Activation Manager for the CZ/SK/HU Hub at L'Oréal from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining L'Oréal, Karin worked at Henkel where they held various roles. Karin served as a Digital Manager from August 2020 to November 2021, a Brand Manager / Digital Champion from July 2019 to August 2020, a Junior Brand Manager from September 2018 to July 2019, and a Brand Manager Assistant from June 2017 to September 2018.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Marketing Assistant at Henkel from July 2016 to December 2016, a Promotions Assistant at Ahold Czech Republic, a.s. from December 2015 to June 2016, and an intern at the execution department in a bank at VúB banka from June 2015 to September 2015. Karin also gained customer service support experience as a Customer Service Support at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from December 2014 to May 2015.

Karin Mészárosová pursued their education starting in 2013 at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Karin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Business Administration, completing their studies in 2016.

Following this, in 2017, Karin engaged in a brief period of study at EDHEC Business School, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing Management for that year.

Continuing their educational journey, Karin returned to the Prague University of Economics and Business for their Master's Degree. From 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Master's Degree in Management, specializing in this field at the university.
