B Scott Smith is an experienced executive in the automotive retail and sports entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Director at Sonic Automotive since July 2022, B Scott also co-owns Sonic Financial and Speedway Motorsports, both of which have been integral parts of family operations since the early 1990s. B Scott co-founded EchoPark Automotive, serving as its CEO and President until March 2019. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include ownership of gGROhorticulture and involvement with Tattoo Projects and Genesys Global since September 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rollins College, completed between 1989 and 1991.
