Laura Eckert is an experienced professional in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as a Board Member for NAEM since January 2024 and as the Global Environmental Compliance Manager at Tate & Lyle since February 2022. Prior positions include Environmental Program Manager at Ecolab, where responsibilities included managing environmental, health, safety, and process safety audit programs for numerous manufacturing and R&D facilities, and Senior Project Manager at ERM. Laura's career began in engineering roles at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Sigma Environmental, CDM, Burns & McDonnell, and V3 Companies, culminating in a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
