Lars Frederiksen is an Independent Non Executive Director at Tate & Lyle. Lars has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Falck, Rockwool Group, Matas A/S, Hedorf Foundation, and Widex. In addition, they have been the Chairman of the Committee for Good Corporate Governance since 2013.

Lars Frederiksen graduated from Slagelse Gymnasium in 1978 and then attended Dyhrs Skole in Slagelse. Lars later went on to study business administration and management at Copenhagen Business School, graduating with a Master of Science in 1985. In 1988, they completed the INSEAD International Directors Program (IDP6) and the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme.
