Liz Schilling has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Liz is currently working at TATCHA as an Assistant Manager in Global Brand Management and Product Marketing. Previously, they held a role in Product Development and Innovation at the same company. Prior to their time at TATCHA, Liz worked at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Analyst and Team Lead. In 2018, they interned in International Strategy at TATCHA, where they conducted market research and provided recommendations for international expansion. Before that, they interned at Modern Citizen as an Events and Community Intern, where they played a key role in opening the company's first brick and mortar location. Additionally, Liz interned at the State of California Office of the Attorney General, where they worked on compiling and analyzing data for the California Annual Truancy Report.

Liz Schilling attended Woodside Priory School from 2008 to 2015, where they completed their middle and high school education. Liz then went on to Bowdoin College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Legal Studies with a concentration in International Relations. In 2017 and 2018, Liz studied abroad at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as part of their degree program, focusing on international relations.
