Derrick Drew is an experienced professional in the fields of people and culture management and customer service. Since May 2016, Derrick has held multiple roles at TATCHA, culminating in the position of People and Culture Manager, following earlier roles as Executive Assistant to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Client Care Specialist. Prior to TATCHA, Derrick served as Assistant Store Manager at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, where responsibilities included team training, customer service, and store operations. Additionally, from July 2008 to October 2014, Derrick worked at Jurlique as Sales and Education Coordinator, focusing on achieving sales targets and coaching staff, and earlier as a Sales Associate, contributing to sales volume and client relationship management while assisting in store operations.
