Tony O'Dell has had a long career in the software engineering field. Tony began their career in 2003 as a Warrior in the United States Marine Corps. In 2008, they moved to Pacific Coast Building Products, where they held the roles of SAP Business Warehouse Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Project Manager. In 2012, they joined XpertMinds, where they worked as a SAP Consulting, SAP Transportation Management Consultant, and Data Warehouse Consultant. In 2017, they transitioned to ZipRecruiter, where they were a Senior Software Developer. In 2020, they joined GoDaddy as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2021 they moved to AlphaFlow in the same role. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Tatari as a Senior Software Engineer.

Tony O'Dell's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from DeVry University, which they completed between 2005 and 2011. Tony also has experience in avionics maintenance technology and technician from the US Marine Corps. Additionally, they have completed Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Black Belt courses with the USMC.
