Russell Simco has seven years of work experience. Russell began their career in 2009 as a Research Assistant at St. Mary's Research Centre. In the same year, they also worked as an NCJ Educational Services at NCJ Education. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant at McGill University. In 2013, they worked as an Analyst at Montreal Public Health Department, managing multiple sources of data. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer, Senior Data Science Analyst, and Data Science Analyst at TuneIn. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Data Engineer at Facebook. Currently, they are working as a Data Engineer at Tatari.

Russell Simco attended McGill University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Science in Epidemiology. Prior to that, they attended Dalhousie University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology with honors.
