Natalie Young CMgr MCMI is an experienced legal and corporate professional currently serving as a Director and Board Member at Ravenscraig since January 2020, a joint venture between Scottish Enterprise, Barratt Developments plc, and Tata Steel. With a longstanding tenure at Tata Steel UK since August 2009, Natalie holds the position of Head of Legal overseeing the global property portfolio of Tata Steel Europe, managing legal infrastructure, contract negotiations, and a range of commercial and employment-related matters. Previous experience includes serving as a Risk Management Project Officer at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Trust and as a Solicitor specializing in commercial property at Howes Percival LLP. Natalie holds several qualifications including a CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute and an LLB in Law from the University of Hull.
