Denny Zuyderduin is an experienced operations manager specializing in the safe and efficient management of industrial production processes. Currently serving as Manager Operations at Tata Steel Nederland since August 2023, Denny oversees a team of 340 FTE at BRZO plants, including two Coke and Gas plants in IJmuiden. Prior to this role, Denny was the Head of Production at Linde from November 2021 to August 2023, responsible for operations of five Air Separation Units and a hydrogen plant. Denny's extensive career at Tata Steel in Europe spanned from 2005 to 2021, during which various leadership roles were held, including Shift Manager and Team Leader. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and an Associate's degree in Chemical Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a Pre-master's degree in Research Methods from Open Universiteit.
