Dinesh Kumar is a seasoned professional in training management with over 15 years of experience in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Training Manager at Birla Opus since August 2024 and holding the same title at Tata Sky Ltd since January 2017, Dinesh has been instrumental in overseeing the training of sales teams, including RM, CSM, ASM, ASI, and DSR. Prior to these positions, Dinesh was a Senior Manager at Tata Play Ltd (June 2023 - July 2024) and the North India Training Head at L.G India (January 2011 - January 2017), where responsibilities included conducting classroom training for various annual sales personnel. Dinesh's career also includes roles as a Product & Soft Skill Trainer at L.G GSM and Route Trainer positions at People Concept Pvt. Ltd, focusing on in-store training and sales enhancement. Dinesh holds a B.Sc in Mathematics from Lucknow University, completed in 2005.
