Ketan Phanse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and information technology. Currently serving as Sr. Director & Product Head for Loyalty at Tata Digital, Ketan previously held the position of VP & Head of Information & Digital Technology at InterMiles (Jet Privilege Pvt. Ltd). Earlier roles include Manager and Senior Consultant in Advisory Services for IT Transformation at EY, as well as various consulting positions at Wipro, including Senior Consultant in IT Strategy & Governance and Manager at the Global Research Center for Consulting. Ketan holds a PG Diploma in Systems Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
