Samita Srivastava is an experienced HR professional specializing in global talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager - HRBP at Tata Communications since January 2020. With a focus on technical recruiting across diverse regions including India, Sri Lanka, and MECAA, Samita manages end-to-end hiring processes for various roles in IT and Telecom sectors. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Consultant in global talent acquisition at Pfizer and Talent Acquisition Executive with Allegis Group.
