Previously, Mathew has held various managerial positions in plantation operations at Parisons Group of Companies and BALANOOR PLANTATIONS AND INDUSTRIES LIMITED. With a background in commerce and ongoing studies in Human Resource Management, Mathew has extensive experience in managing tea and coffee plantation operations and liaising with trade unions on labor-related matters.
