Bernadette Thompson is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain and Operational Planning at Tata Chemicals Europe since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bernadette held multiple positions at Milliken & Company, including European Business Supply Chain Manager for the Floorcovering Division, where responsibilities included managing S&OP, demand planning, and logistics across multiple sites in EMEIA. Additional roles at Milliken consisted of overseeing operations for the European and Ontera divisions. Bernadette's earlier experience includes serving as Interim Business Supply Chain Manager at Ontera Modular Carpets and various positions at Waters, where skills in process improvement and planning were honed. Bernadette holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences (Physiology) from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 2007.
