Jaime’s culinary career started in 1990 at the first rung of the restaurant ladder, serving as a bus girl at a family-run restaurant. She joined Taste Buds Management’s Semolina in 1994 as a server, then became a trainer and has since worked in all aspects of operations, including service, kitchen and general manager. Jaime moved to the corporate office as MIT Manager in 2003, took on an administrative role while earning her MBA in Accounting and was promoted to Controller in 2010. Jaime obtained her CPA certification in 2011.
