Ty Gallaway is an experienced geologist with a strong background in both exploration and environmental geology. Currently serving as an Exploration Geologist at Ricochet Energy Inc since February 2024, Ty specializes in seismic interpretation and prospecting. In addition, Ty has been working with Tasman Geosciences as an Environmental Geologist 1 and Environmental Technician since May 2019. As the owner of Shady Oaks, a band, and previously serving as Studio Manager and Technician at Dog House Music Studios, Ty combines geological expertise with operational management. Past roles include Wellsite Geologist at Columbine Logging, logistics support at Alexander Marchant, and earlier experience at Ricochet Energy Inc as an Exploration Geologist/Geophysicist. Ty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2016.
