Jill Greenthal is an experienced executive and director with extensive expertise in governance and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Lead Independent Director at TaskUs since April 2022, Jill also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Cars.com since June 2017. Jill's prior roles include membership on the Boards of Directors for Akamai Technologies, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, The Weather Channel, TEGNA, The Michaels Companies, and Orbitz Worldwide. Additionally, Jill served as Senior Managing Director and Senior Advisor at The Blackstone Group from 2003 to April 2022 and as a Board Member at Flex from November 2018 to August 2020. Jill holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Simmons University.
