Agnes Fatima Cruz has over seven years of experience in the fields of learning and development and quality analysis. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Manager and previously as a Learning and Development Specialist at TaskUs since January 2016, Agnes has demonstrated expertise in creating effective learning strategies. Prior to this role, Agnes worked at TTEC as a Quality Analyst from September 2013 to January 2016. Academically, Agnes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2016.
