Morgan Courtney is an accomplished leader in operations and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Supply Operations and Customer Success at TaskRabbit since June 2018, where responsibilities include developing supply strategy and enhancing customer satisfaction. Morgan co-leads TaskRabbit for Good, which supports local nonprofits through service fees, and has established TaskRabbit's inaugural Customer Success team.
