Chetan Velkur is a seasoned entrepreneur and engineer with extensive experience in data procurement and impact sourcing. As the Founder and Managing Director of Taskmonk since April 2018, Chetan has developed a centralized platform for eCommerce and Fortune 500 enterprises that enhances AI-driven product teams and improves data quality through automation and intuitive workflows. Prior to this, Chetan founded KRIYA IT PRIVATE LIMITED, where operational, recruitment, and training processes were established to scale an impact sourcing BPO enterprise from a 5-member team to 1,000 members. Chetan also served as an Engineer at GE Energy - JFWTC India, focusing on applied research in gas turbine combustion technology and emissions reduction. Chetan holds a Master's degree in Thermal and Fluid Sciences from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
