Hattan Burhan has extensive experience in Human Resources, holding various positions in different companies. Hattan is currently the Head of Human Resources Operations at TasHeel Holding Group, where they develop and executes HR strategies and oversees the HR team. Prior to this, they worked at Saudi Airlines Catering Company as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for implementing HR strategies and managing employee relations. Hattan also has experience as a C-Level Executive Search Consultant at Talent Diamond, a Corporate Recruitment Manager at Banawi Industrial Group, a Recruitment Specialist at National Water Company, and a Senior Recruitment Manager at The Saudi National Bank and SGS - Saudi Ground Services. Throughout their career, Hattan has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and team leadership.

Hattan Burhan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Hattan attended the university from 1995 to 2001.
