Marissa Beste, MBA, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at TASA Analytics, LLC since December 2023, Marissa has previously held significant roles at Mindbody and Sovos. At Mindbody, Marissa managed a department of 17 remote employees, overseeing over 100 strategic customers, and implemented initiatives that significantly improved customer utilization and internal efficiencies. At Sovos, Marissa advanced through various leadership roles, including Manager of Customer Success, where Marissa led cross-functional teams globally and utilized data-driven strategies to foster customer relations and operational improvements. Marissa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, Anthropology, and Archaeology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with ongoing education at the Universidad de Sevilla.
