Faye then worked as an IT Business Analyst & QA Engineer at [24]7.ai, where they led project teams, gathered requirements, wrote business requirements documents, and conducted end-to-end testing. Faye also worked as an IT Business Analyst at Optimum Solutions (S) Pte Ltd, where they conducted requirements elicitation, created functional specifications and test cases, and monitored project progress. Faye later joined Collabera Digital as a Senior IT Business Analyst, where they served as a liaison between product owners and development teams, gathered business requirements, created process models, and conducted peer reviews. Faye currently works as an IT Project Manager at TAS Tradesoft Corporation, where they manage IT projects.
