Tamar Bar-Noy Gotlin has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tamar is currently the Director at TARYA and has been in this position since June 2022. Previously, they worked as a Business Consultant at TBN from March 2019 onwards, where they specialized in analyzing and designing business models, risk management strategies, and FinTech transformation processes. Tamar also served as an External Director at A. Luzon real estate & finance from March 2022 to June 2022. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Leumi Card, including EVP, Chief Credit Officer from July 2013 to March 2018, and Chief Executive Officer of LEUMI CARD ASHRAIIM from July 2013 to March 2018. At Bank Leumi, Tamar worked as a Private Banking Manager from 2007 to 2013, where they managed investments advisory center and developed strategic and business plans. Tamar also served as a Branch Manager at Bank Leumi USA from 2004 to 2007 and worked as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Bank Leumi from 2001 to 2004, providing assistance in strategic planning and top management projects.

Tamar Bar-Noy Gotlin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from The Open University of Israel.
