Theresa Cowing currently serves as Vice President of eCommerce at Tarte Cosmetics, a position held since 2023, after previously holding several roles within the company from 2018 to 2022, including Executive Director of Product Management & Design and Senior Director of Product Management. Prior to Tarte Cosmetics, Theresa was Director of Digital Product Management at The Children's Place from 2016 to 2017 and had a significant tenure at Toys R Us from 2011 to 2016, where roles included Senior Product Manager for Mobile and Manager of Global eCommerce Strategy. Earlier in Theresa's career, experience at the Cornell University Investment Office as Principal Investment Analyst and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. encompassed various positions in strategy, development, and trade finance. Theresa holds a degree in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell University.
