Senior Full Stack Developer at TartanSense

Sankha Karfa has been working in the field of robotics and software development since 2013. Sankha started their career as a Campus Ambassador at CampusHash in December 2013 and then went on to work as a Moderator and Content Intern at Huawei Technologies India from November 2013 to August 2014. In 2014, Sankha briefly worked as a Campus Evangelist at HackerEarth.

In 2015, Sankha joined SAP as a Developer Associate, where they focused on UI design, web development, and test automation. Sankha was part of a team responsible for the transition to WEB2.0.

Since 2016, Sankha has been working at Niqo Robotics (formerly TartanSense). Sankha initially served as an Associate Developer, working on GIS and drone imagery. Sankha developed web applications for viewing analytical data of corn fields and mobile apps for imagery data collection. In April 2019, Sankha was promoted to Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, they built mobile apps, web analytics, and report generation software for a precision spraying robot. Sankha also developed the NextGen interface for farmers and drivers to control a ground vehicle used in various locations in India.

In addition to their professional experience, Sankha has also engaged in voluntary services at Little Seva from September 2011 to July 2015.

Sankha Karfa completed their Matriculation degree in Science from Haryana Vidya Mandir in 2009. Sankha then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Sankha obtained the Google Power Searcher certification from Google in September 2013. Sankha also received certifications in IBM RTC and a Record of Achievement on SAP HANA, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
