Zeluis Teixeira is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer at Tarsus since February 2023, bringing over a decade of executive experience across diverse sectors. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland, Zeluis teaches entrepreneurship utilizing innovative models. Notable positions include serving on the Leadership Council for Open Society Foundations and previously as COO of PeaceTech Lab, where strategic realignment led to significant operational achievements. Zeluis co-founded and served as COO of Annona, recognized in CNBC’s UpStart 25, and held CEO roles at Movel and advisory positions at Greenfish Labs. Prior experience also includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Sherwin Williams, demonstrating a strong history of driving growth and operational success. Zeluis holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Government and Politics and a Post-Graduate certificate in International Finance Development from the University of Maryland.
